About the position:
As Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you shape how our AI products are perceived in the market - strategically, inspiringly, and clearly.
Your focus is on our growing Vertical-AI portfolio: You develop the central messaging strategy, create substantial content, and pinpoint the added value of our solutions - for decision-makers in healthcare as well as for our internal teams. You work closely with product management, sales, and management and position Recare as a thought leader in AI and discharge management. Your work is crucial for our development into an AI-centric HealthTech company - with a high level of substantive demand, creative freedom, and direct impact.

In this role, you can influence and grow:
  • You develop positioning and messaging for our Vertical-AI product portfolio in close coordination with sales, product, and management.
  • You are responsible for all strategic content around our AI initiatives - from whitepapers and case studies to sales materials and videos and landing pages.
  • You accompany product launches with content that meets our target groups where they are and convinces them sustainably.
  • You develop training formats and materials to make our customer-facing teams AI brand ambassadors.
  • You are a sparring partner for brand, product, and sales - from idea to internal training.
  • You analyze market, competition, and customer feedback and translate insights into effective content and thought leadership.

Requirements

How we envision you as Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d):
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in product marketing, content marketing, or comparable roles - ideally in SaaS, HealthTech, or AI-driven environments.
  • Experience in go-to-market support and developing compelling content for complex products.
  • Strong language skills: German at native level, English at least C1.
  • You can clearly and convincingly prepare complex technical topics for various target groups - in text, slides, or video.
  • You think strategically but also like to work hands-on and independently.
  • You understand the specifics of the healthcare market, ideally including regulatory requirements.
  • You enjoy working with different teams and are communicative at all levels.
