About the position:
As Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you shape how our AI products are perceived on the market–strategically, inspiringly, and clearly.
Your focus is on our growing Vertical AI portfolio: You develop central messaging strategies, create substantive content, and articulate the benefits of our solutions precisely–for decision-makers in healthcare as well as for our internal teams. You work closely with product management, sales, and leadership to position Recare as a thought leader in AI and discharge management. Your work is critical for our development into an AI-centered HealthTech company–with high intellectual demand, creative freedom, and direct impact.

In this role, you can contribute and grow as Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d):
- You develop positioning and messaging for our Vertical AI product portfolio–in close coordination with sales, product, and management.
- You are responsible for all strategic content around our AI initiatives–from white papers and case studies to sales materials, videos, and landing pages.
- You accompany product launches with content that meets our target groups where they are and convinces them sustainably.
- You develop training formats and materials to make our customer-facing teams AI brand ambassadors.
- You are a sparring partner for brand, product, and sales–from idea to internal training.
- You analyze market, competition, and customer feedback and translate insights into effective content and thought leadership.
Requirements
How we see you as Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d):
- At least 5 years of professional experience in product marketing, content marketing, or comparable roles–ideally in a SaaS, HealthTech, or AI-driven environment.
- Experience in go-to-market support and developing compelling content for complex products.
- Strong language skills: German at native level, English at least C1.
- You can clearly and convincingly prepare complex technical topics for various target groups–in text, slides, or video.
- You think strategically but also like hands-on work and are self-responsible.
- You understand the specifics of the healthcare market, ideally including regulatory frameworks.
- You enjoy working with different teams and are communicative at all levels.
