Job Description

Your responsibilities as our (Senior) Product Manager:
- Planning: responsible for your team's roadmap and proactively contribute innovations for new features and products to Recare's roadmap.
- Continuous Discovery: independently conduct discovery and user research, using insights to define and optimize MVPs, developing them customer-centrically.
- Backlog Management: write tickets, manage and prioritize your team's backlog independently.
- Customer-centric product development: develop products based on customer needs and metrics, from writing tickets (tracking, success metrics, A/B testing, etc.) to product launch.
- Continuous Development: optimize products based on data and customer insights, monitor team success metrics, collaborate with Business Intelligence to improve metrics.
- Documentation: update and create product documentation, ensuring technical documentation delivery as part of epics.
- Product Launches: write launch plans and train colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure efficient rollout and quick customer adoption of new products and features.
- Process Optimization: develop and optimize processes in collaboration with your team, QA, Design, and Marketing to improve product development and communication of product benefits to customers.
- Team Management: actively work to enhance collaboration within your team and with other teams, improving AGILE ceremonies.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a product manager (preferably with experience in healthcare or a highly regulated area).
- Analytical thinking with strong understanding of metrics and proven problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centricity and market understanding: successfully developed products based on market and customer insights with strong business acumen.
- Stakeholder management: successfully managed diverse stakeholder groups with excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with AGILE product development and a proven track record in developing and optimizing processes.
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
