• Planning: You are responsible for your team's roadmap and proactively contribute innovations for new features and products to the Recare roadmap.
• Continuous Discovery: You independently conduct discovery and user research and use insights to define and optimize MVPs, developing them customer-centrically.
• Backlog Management: You write tickets and independently manage and prioritize your team's backlog.
• Customer-Centric Product Development: You develop products customer-centrically and metric-based – from writing tickets (tracking, success metrics, A/B testing, etc.) to product launch.
• Continuous Development: You optimize products based on data and customer insights, monitor your team's success metrics, and collaborate with colleagues from the Business Intelligence team to improve metrics.
• Documentation: You update and write product documentation and ensure technical documentation is delivered as part of epics.
• Product Launches: You write launch plans and train colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure new products and features are efficiently rolled out and quickly adopted by customers.
• Process Optimization: You develop and optimize processes in collaboration with your team, QA, Design, and Marketing to improve product development and communication of product benefits to customers.
• Team Management: You actively work to expand collaboration within your team and with other teams and improve AGILE ceremonies.

Requirements

• Experience: You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a product manager (preferably practical experience in the healthcare sector or a highly regulated area).
• Analytical Skills: You have an analytical mindset with a strong understanding of metrics and proven problem-solving skills.
• Customer Centricity and Market Understanding: You have successfully developed products based on market and customer insights and have strong business acumen.
• Stakeholder Management: You have successfully managed multiple diverse stakeholder groups and have excellent communication skills.
• AGILE Product Development: You are familiar with agile development methods and have a proven track record in developing and optimizing processes.
• Language Skills: You have at least very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
