Your responsibilities as (Senior) Product Manager:
- Planning: Responsible for team roadmap and contribute innovation to the Recare roadmap.
- Continuous Discovery: Conduct discovery and user research independently to define and optimize MVPs with a customer-centric approach.
- Backlog management: Write tickets and independently manage and prioritize your team’s backlog.
- Customer-centric product development: Develop products based on customer insights and metrics from ticket writing to product launch.
- Continuous development: Optimize product based on data and customer insights, monitor success metrics, and collaborate with Business Intelligence for improvement.
- Documentation: Update and write product documentation and ensure technical documentation delivery as part of epics.
- Product launches: Write launch plans and train Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure efficient rollout and adoption of new products and features.
- Process optimization: Collaborate with team, QA, design, and marketing to improve product development and communication of benefits to customers.
- Team management: Actively work to enhance collaboration within your team and other teams and improve AGILE ceremonies.
Requirements
We envision for you as our (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d):
- Experience: At least 3 years as a product manager, preferably with experience in healthcare or regulated sectors.
- Analytical skills: Analytical thinking with strong metric understanding and problem-solving skills.
- Customer-centricity and market understanding: Proven success in product development based on market and customer insights with strong business acumen.
- Stakeholder management: Successful management of diverse stakeholder groups with excellent communication skills.
- AGILE product development: Familiar with agile methodologies with proven track record in process development and optimization.
- Language skills: Very good German and English skills, spoken and written.
