• Planning: You manage your team’s roadmap and actively contribute innovations for new features and products to the Recare roadmap.
• Continuous discovery: You independently conduct discovery and user research to define and optimize MVPs, developing them customer-centrically.
• Backlog management: You write tickets and independently manage and prioritize your team’s backlog.
• Customer-centric product development: You develop products based on customer needs and metrics—from ticket writing (tracking, success metrics, A/B testing) to product launch.
• Continuous development: You optimize the product based on data and customer insights, monitor your team’s success metrics, and collaborate with BI colleagues to improve metrics.
• Documentation: You update and write product documentation, ensuring that technical documentation is provided as part of epics.
• Product launches: You write launch plans and train colleagues in sales, marketing, and customer success for effective rollouts and rapid customer adoption of new products and features.
• Process optimization: You develop and optimize processes in collaboration with your team, QA, design, and marketing to improve product development and communication of product benefits to customers.
• Team management: You actively work to improve team collaboration and AGILE ceremonies both within your team and across teams.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a product manager (preferably with practical experience in healthcare or a highly regulated sector).
• Analytical skills: Analytical mindset with a strong understanding of metrics and proven problem-solving abilities.
• Customer centricity and market understanding: Successfully developed products based on market and customer insights with a strong business sense.
• Stakeholder management: Successfully managed diverse stakeholder groups with excellent communication skills.
• AGILE product development: Familiar with agile development methods and a proven track record of developing and optimizing processes.
• Language skills: Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written form.
