Your responsibilities as our (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d):
- Planning: Responsible for your team's roadmap and proactively contributing innovations for new features and products to the Recare roadmap.
- Continuous Discovery: Conduct independent discovery and user research to define and optimize MVPs, evolving them customer-centrically.
- Backlog management: Write tickets and independently manage and prioritize your team's backlog.
- Customer-centric product development: Develop products customer-centrically and metric-driven from ticket writing (tracking, success metrics, A/B testing, etc.) to product launch.
- Continuous development: Optimize products based on data and customer insights, monitor success metrics, collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to improve metrics.
- Documentation: Update and write product documentation, ensuring technical documentation is delivered as part of epics.
- Product launches: Write launch plans and train colleagues in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure efficient rollout and quick customer adoption of products and features.
- Process optimization: Develop and optimize processes collaborating with team, QA, design, and marketing to improve product development and communication of product benefits to customers.
- Team management: Actively work to expand collaboration within and beyond the team and improve AGILE ceremonies.
Requirements
What we expect from you as our (Senior) Product Manager (m/f/d):
- Experience: At least 3 years of professional experience as a product manager (preferably with experience in the healthcare sector or highly regulated environment).
- Analytical skills: Analytical thinking with strong understanding of metrics and proven problem-solving skills.
- Customer centricity and market understanding: Proven track record of successful product development based on market and customer insights with strong business acumen.
- Stakeholder management: Successfully managed multiple diverse stakeholder groups with excellent communication skills.
- AGILE product development: Familiarity with agile development methods and proven success in process development and optimization.
- Language skills: Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
