Job description

We have raised €37 million.
Two thirds of all German hospitals work with our platform.
Over 650 rehabilitation clinics and 25,000 nursing and homecare providers are connected.
We are building the leading B2B infrastructure in healthcare — AI-driven.
Now begins the phase in which organization determines growth. Leadership needs clarity. People work requires quality over consensus.
We are looking for a person who will shape People Business Partnership at Recare.
Not moderating. Not harmonizing. But clear, demanding and strategic.
You will work closely with our Head of People & Culture as an equal sparring partner. You will not only support decisions — you will question them. You will not only accompany leadership — you will make it more effective.
Important: This is not a classic HR management role. We seek a strategic People Business Partner who designs organization and makes growth controllable.
Your mandate is clear: Help build an organization that grows faster than its complexity. You are not an extended arm. You are a counterbalance.
Responsibilities
You build impact, not bureaucracy.
- You develop pragmatic people approaches that work in day-to-day operations.
- You ensure processes create clarity — not complexity.
- You work closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition and Leadership to create impact.
People is not an end in itself but a lever for performance.
You design organization — proactively and with foresight.
- You accompany growth, reorganizations and structural decisions.
- You develop models for workforce planning and organization design.
- You identify early where structures hold things back — and intervene.
- You bring systematics to roles, responsibilities and career paths.
Organization is not a byproduct. It is a competitive advantage.
You challenge and develop leadership.
- You work closely with leadership and senior managers on performance, structure and accountability.
- You address problems clearly — even when it is uncomfortable.
- You sharpen expectations of leadership and make blind spots visible.
- You ensure performance management achieves impact — not only formality.
Good leadership arises not from harmony but from clarity.
You are a sparring partner to the Head of People & Culture.
- You discuss strategic decisions on equal footing.
- You provide counter-perspectives and prevent organizational blind spots.
- You help set priorities — not only start initiatives.
- You take responsibility for central people topics and drive them independently.
You are not an echo. You are a resonance space and a friction surface.
Requirements
What you should bring
- 5–8 years of experience as a People Partner / HR Business Partner in high-growth tech companies.
- Proven experience in organization development and performance management.
- Composure in sparring with senior leadership.
- Experience constructively challenging supervisors.
- Structure, clarity and decisiveness.
- Very good German (C2) and confident English.
You should have conviction. You must endure friction. And you should know that growth requires clear decisions.

- No sparring that feels like agreement.
