Senior Implementation Manager (Hospital) (m/w/d)

Recare is building AI products that give healthcare professionals time back. As a Senior Implementation Manager (Hospital) you will lead implementations of Recare solutions for hospital customers, drive successful rollouts, and ensure our products deliver measurable value to clinical teams.
This role sits within our customer-facing Launch / Implementation organisation and is focused on delivering strong outcomes for hospitals through project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementations for hospital customers, including planning, coordination with clinical and technical teams, and on-time delivery.
• Work closely with customers to understand workflows, configure integrations, and ensure successful adoption of Recare solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams (product, engineering, customer success, and integration teams) to resolve blockers and deliver outcomes.
• Define success metrics, track progress, and communicate status to customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in implementation, project management or professional services—ideally in healthcare, hospital operations, or health IT.
• Strong communication skills with clinical and technical stakeholders and experience driving cross-functional projects.
• Experience with integrations or familiarity with healthcare IT systems (KIS, HL7/FHIR) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus given our Germany-based customers and operations.

Team & Culture

Recare is a remote-first company focused on clarity, ownership, and trust. We build AI-driven products that simplify clinical workflows and improve patient care. You’ll join a multidisciplinary team that values ownership, feedback, and growth.

Benefits & Support

We offer flexible work arrangements, the option to work from abroad up to 182 days per year, an office in Berlin, a dedicated learning budget, modern hardware (MacBook Pro), an Edenred card with a monthly allowance, and regular team events.
