Your responsibilities as Senior Growth Marketing Manager:
- Build our demand generation and marketing operations processes: Develop our growth marketing functions from scratch and build corresponding processes, tools, and campaigns especially for our new AI products focusing on measurable lead generation for hospitals and care facilities. You are responsible for the entire growth marketing tech stack from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to other tools.
- Multi-channel lead generation: Independent management of the campaign plan (webinars, mailings, paid campaigns, funnels, landing pages) for new customer acquisition and expansion within our existing customers to enable our growth efforts.
- Performance analytics and optimization: Design and implementation of data-driven experiments for continuous improvements in CPL, CAC, LTV, and activation. You build meaningful reporting structures and regularly report performance and bottlenecks to the leadership team – with clear recommendations for next steps.
- Cross-functional collaboration: You work closely with our sales and existing brand communication team to develop integrated campaigns for key healthcare customers and perfect the handover from marketing to sales. Together with our growth operations, you ensure reliable data quality for new leads and existing customers.
- Project management and collaboration with external service providers: Plan campaigns and manage external partners based on our company goals.
Requirements
Your profile as Senior Growth Marketing Manager:
- At least 5 years of experience in digital B2B SaaS marketing with a focus on demand generation in scale-ups and high growth periods. Ideally experience in HealthTech or regulated markets with long sales cycles.
- You work goal-oriented on SQLs, opportunities, or pipeline contribution with different buying personas, test hypotheses, and feed learnings from campaigns back into the revenue organization.
- You are data-driven, analytically strong, and use performance data methodically for funnel optimization.
- Ideally, you have experience with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- You have a good eye for detail – from flawless campaign execution to appropriate CTAs.
- Your communication – especially written – is clear, structured, and to the point.
- You work independently, solution-oriented, and think projects through holistically – from briefing to evaluation.
- You speak German at a very good level (C2) and communicate confidently in English.
- Bonus: You have already worked with additional marketing tools, e.g., for funnels or landing pages.
