Your responsibilities as Senior Growth Marketing Manager include:
  • Building our demand generation and marketing operations processes: Develop our growth marketing functions from scratch and build processes, tools, and campaigns focusing on measurable lead generation for hospitals and care facilities. You are responsible for the entire growth marketing tech stack from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to other tools.
  • Multi-Channel Lead Generation: Manage the campaign plan (webinars, mailings, paid campaigns, funnels, landing pages) for new customer acquisition and expansion within our existing customers to enable growth efforts.
  • Performance Analytics and Optimization: Design and implement data-driven experiments to continuously improve cost per lead, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, and activation. Build meaningful reporting structures and regularly report performance and bottlenecks to the leadership team with clear recommendations.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales and brand communication teams to develop integrated campaigns for key healthcare customers and perfect the handover of marketing to sales. Ensure reliable data quality in collaboration with growth operations for new leads and existing customers.
  • Project Management and Vendor Collaboration: Plan campaigns and manage external partners according to company goals.

Requirements

Your profile as Senior Growth Marketing Manager includes:
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital B2B SaaS marketing focusing on demand generation in scale-ups and high-growth periods. Ideally, experience in HealthTech or regulated markets with long sales cycles.
  • Goal-oriented work on SQLs, opportunities, or pipeline contribution with various buying personas, testing hypotheses, and feeding learnings back into the revenue organization.
  • Data-driven, analytically strong, and using performance data methodically for funnel optimization.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud is preferred.
  • Good attention to detail, from flawless campaign execution to appropriate calls to action.
  • Clear, structured, and concise communication, especially in writing.
  • Independent, solution-oriented, and thinking projects through comprehensively from briefing to evaluation.
  • Very good German language skills (C2) and confident English communication.
  • Bonus: Experience with additional marketing tools, e.g., funnels or landing pages.
