Your responsibilities as (Senior) Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) Hospitals – Launch:

  • You maintain close contact as the primary contact person with our hospital customers throughout the entire onboarding – from kick-off to go-live.
  • In exchange with our customers, you capture their perspectives, pain points, and needs and work closely with our sales team.
  • Together with the Customer Success Management on the provider side, you ensure that all relevant information and requirements between hospitals and providers are exchanged and that the platform's use is optimally supported on both sides.
  • You monitor the usage frequency, speed, and efficiency of our platform by customers, continuously collect their feedback, and forward it to product management to promote improvements.

Requirements


How we envision you as (Senior) Customer Success Manager (m/w/d) Hospitals – Launch:

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Success Management or a comparable role – ideally in a SaaS environment.
  • You bring strong communication skills to explain complex issues clearly and have a keen sense of your customers' needs and perspectives.
  • You work customer-oriented and have interest and curiosity for digitalization, AI, and change management in eHealth.
  • You easily manage multiple tasks and projects without losing sight of priorities.
  • You bring a certain willingness to travel to support your customers on-site during onboarding if needed.
  • You have very good German skills and at least good English skills.
