Your responsibilities as (Senior) Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Hospitals – Launch
Serve as the primary contact during the entire onboarding of hospital clients – from kick-off to go-live.
Gather client perspectives, pain points, and needs while working closely with our sales team.
Collaborate with aftercare customer success management to ensure all relevant information and requirements between hospitals and aftercare providers are exchanged and platform use is optimally supported.
Monitor usage frequency, speed, and efficiency of platform use by clients, continuously collect feedback, and forward it to product management for improvements.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in customer success management or a comparable role, ideally in a SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills to explain complex issues understandably with a sharp sense of customer needs and perspectives.
Customer-oriented approach with interest and curiosity for digitization, AI, and change management in eHealth.
Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects without losing sight of priorities.
Willingness to travel to support clients on-site during onboarding if necessary.
Excellent German skills and at least good English skills.
