Job description

About us: As one of Germany's leading HealthTech companies, we are redesigning discharge management — technology-driven, patient-centered and free of bureaucracy. In addition to our market-leading SaaS platform, we develop AI solutions that radically simplify processes in hospitals and for post-acute care providers, relieve staff and refocus attention on patients. We currently connect two thirds of all German hospitals with over 650 rehab clinics and 25,000 care and homecare providers. With around 100 employees, we are growing and looking for people who want to improve the healthcare system with us.
The Senior Customer Marketing Manager will own the customer marketing strategy for hospitals and post-acute care providers across the entire customer lifecycle (onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion). You will plan and run upsell and cross-sell campaigns for existing B2B customers, build and evolve retention programs, and create a customer advocacy program that activates customers as advocates, multipliers and co-creators through marketing, community and co-building formats. You will work closely with Customer Success and Sales to identify customer maturity and potential and to develop stakeholder-specific value propositions. You will also analyze usage, retention and expansion data for continuous optimization.

Requirements

We imagine you as our Senior Customer Marketing Manager:
  • Completed degree in marketing, communications, business administration, health management or comparable training.
  • 6–8 years of professional experience in B2B marketing or customer marketing, alternatively customer success or product marketing, ideally in health-tech, pharma-tech or SaaS.
  • Experience working with existing customers and complex B2B accounts (preferably hospitals, care facilities, networks).
  • Ideally experience in the hospital or care environment and a basic understanding of regulatory and organizational frameworks in healthcare.
  • Proven experience building or executing upsell and expansion initiatives, retention programs and customer advocacy formats (e.g. references, case studies, webinars, customer events).
  • Experience collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams and enabling internal stakeholders.
  • Confident use of CRM and marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce or similar) and analysis of usage and campaign data.
  • Native-level German and fluent English.
