Your role as (Senior) BI Analyst Revenue Operations:

Your responsibilities as (Senior) BI Analyst Revenue Operations:
- You are responsible for the creation and maintenance of BI dashboards for all core metrics in the revenue cycle – from pipeline through conversion to retention and expansion.
- You translate business requirements into scalable data models and reports that support forecasts, decision-making processes, and strategic planning.
- You work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to define common KPIs and promote data-driven decisions.
- You conduct analyses (e.g., cohort, funnel, or segment analyses) to identify revenue potentials, bottlenecks, and growth drivers.
- You are responsible for data pipelines from CRM, billing, and product data sources and ensure data quality and availability at all times.
- You create management reports and quarterly analyses that make business performance visible and support strategic decisions.
- You continuously develop our revenue data architecture and governance in close collaboration with Engineering and Product Analytics.
Tools you will work with:
- Data sources: Salesforce, Chargebee, product data, etc.
- Data warehouse: Snowflake
- ELT: DBT / Stitch
- Visualization: Looker
- Bonus: experience with RevOps tools like Clari, Sweep.io, or similar platforms
Requirements
Your profile as (Senior) BI Analyst Revenue Operations:
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., economics, computer science, statistics, mathematics, or engineering).
- You have at least 2 years of experience in business intelligence, revenue operations, or data analysis – ideally in a SaaS or HealthTech environment.
- You have strong SQL skills and ideally experience with Python or LookML.
- You understand revenue metrics and SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, NRR, funnel KPIs) and use them to derive data-driven recommendations.
- You are familiar with CRM and billing systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Chargebee) and know how to generate actionable insights from them.
- You can prepare complex data clearly, structured, and understandably for various stakeholders within the company.
- You work in a structured, curious, and solution-oriented manner with high demands on data quality and impact.
- You speak fluent English; German skills are a plus.
