About the position:
You will be part of our New Business team and actively shape how new products in healthcare are created and grown. You dive deep into market trends and customer needs and develop concrete ideas from them. From the first hypothesis to implementation, you accompany the entire go-to-market process - strategically, operationally, and always close to the customer. Tasks to grow in as our Senior Associate New Business (m/f/d):
- New Business: You support identifying new market segments, application fields, and growth opportunities for our healthcare products.
- Regulations & competition: You monitor market and competition dynamics and derive strategic options.
- Customer centricity: You conduct customer interviews and co-creation workshops with clinics, care facilities, and other partners.
- First hypotheses: You translate market and customer feedback into value propositions and go-to-market hypotheses.
- Decision making: You assist in developing business cases and decision templates for new products or market ideas.
- Implementation: You implement go-to-market strategies for new features, products, or market segments.
- Cross-collaboration: You work closely with product, marketing, and sales to ensure successful market launches.
Requirements
How we envision you as our Senior Associate New Business (m/f/d):
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in go-to-market strategy or business development, ideally in a scale-up/start-up; preferably with reference to healthcare and/or AI.
- You have experience in the operational implementation of strategic projects - from pilot projects to successful market launches.
- You enjoy direct customer work and have experience with workshops or co-creation formats (e.g., Customer Discovery, Design Thinking).
- You combine a very quick comprehension and strategic thinking with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
- You communicate clearly, think analytically, and work independently.
- You speak German at a native level and fluent English.
