Your responsibilities as our Sales Manager (m/f/d):
New business:
- You develop and justify your own regional approach according to the sales strategy.
- You independently use customer-specific intelligent sales strategies and generated leads.
- You expand our customer base and build a strong regional presence.
- You acquire new customers and accompany sales processes to closing.
- You participate in trade fairs and marketing actions.
- You collaborate with the team on tenders and represent Recare in bidder presentations.
Upselling:
- You conduct upselling and contract renewals, successfully positioning our AI suite with existing customers.
- You advise customers on technical and commercial matters.
- You negotiate contracts at the C-level.
- You take responsibility for project tracking in your region.
- You implement existing sales concepts.
- You independently organize and document in existing knowledge databases and CRM tools.
Requirements
- You are a problem solver, use goal-oriented communication and handle objections well.
- You are persistent and resilient, achieving goals even with complex legal and regulatory matters.
- You demonstrate assertiveness, strategic thinking, and planning skills.
- Ideally, you have experience in the healthcare sector.
- You can prove sales success, strong process orientation, and experience working systematically with CRMs.
- You have native-level German language skills (spoken, written, comprehension) and at least good English skills.
- You are willing to travel within Germany and attend on-site pitches.
