Your role as Principal Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) – Post-Sales Excellence:
As a Principal Revenue Operations Manager, you are part of our Revenue & Growth division and build operational and analytical excellence in Post-Sales. You see Customer Success, Onboarding, and Support as growth drivers and ensure that data, processes, and tools work seamlessly to maximize customer experience, efficiency, and retention.

Your detailed tasks:
  • You are responsible for building and further developing the Post-Sales Revenue Framework with clear processes, systems, and KPIs for Onboarding, Customer Success, and Support.
  • You develop data models and dashboards (e.g., NRR, Churn, Time-to-Value, Health Scores, Case Volumes, Ticket SLAs) to enable data-driven decisions and transparency.
  • You work closely with teams in Customer Success, Service & Support to identify and implement efficiency and improvement potentials.
  • You manage tooling and data flows in systems like Salesforce, Jira, Planhat, and Looker, ensuring data reliability and guidance.
  • You design playbooks and workflows to optimize renewals, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities.
  • You create forecast and performance reports for management and leadership teams, translating complex data into clear action recommendations.
  • You support the implementation of AI-driven processes to automate reporting, forecasting, and customer communication.
  • You mentor colleagues in the Revenue Operations team, promoting their development with a perspective towards leadership responsibility.

Requirements

What you bring as Principal Revenue Operations Manager (m/f/d) – Post-Sales Excellence:
  • You have a degree in business, computer science, data analytics, or a related field.
  • You have at least 5 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Business Operations, ideally in HealthTech or SaaS environments.
  • You understand the customer journey after contract signing – from onboarding through support to expansion and renewal – recognizing levers that have real impact on customer success and growth.
  • You have strong analytical skills and experience in building, maintaining, and interpreting BI reports and dashboards (e.g., Looker or other BI tools).
  • You are proficient in CRM and support systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira) and data pipelines.
  • You have experience in process design, tooling ownership, and change enablement across cross-functional teams.
  • You think strategically and analytically but act pragmatically – bringing ideas to market and system.
  • You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
