Job description
As part of our New Business team you will actively shape how new products for healthcare are created and scaled. You will dive deep into market trends and customer needs and turn them into concrete ideas. From the first hypothesis to implementation you will support the entire go-to-market process — strategically, operationally and always close to the customer.
The role combines market research, customer work and hands-on implementation to bring innovations to market.

Responsibilities
- Support identification of new market segments, use cases and growth opportunities for our healthcare products
- Monitor regulatory and competitive dynamics and derive strategic options
- Conduct customer interviews and co-creation workshops with hospitals, care facilities and partners
- Translate market and customer feedback into value propositions and go-to-market hypotheses
- Support development of business cases and decision documents for new products or market ideas
- Implement go-to-market strategies for new features, products or market segments
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Sales to ensure successful launches
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in go-to-market strategy and business development, ideally from strategy consulting or a scale-up/startup; experience in healthcare and/or AI is a plus
- Experience in operational implementation of strategic projects — from pilots to successful launches
- Enjoy working directly with customers and running workshops or co-creation formats (e.g., customer discovery, design thinking)
- Very quick comprehension and strategic thinking combined with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
- Clear communicator, analytical and able to work independently
- German at native level and fluent in English
