In addition to our market-leading SaaS platform, we develop AI solutions that radically simplify processes in hospitals and post-acute care providers, relieve professionals and refocus on patients. Today, we connect two-thirds of all German hospitals with over 650 rehabilitation clinics and 25,000 care and homecare providers. About the position:
You will be part of our New Business team and actively shape the way new products in healthcare are created and grow. You will dive deep into market trends and customer needs and develop concrete ideas. From the first hypothesis to implementation, you accompany the entire go-to-market process - strategically, operationally and always close to the customer. These are the tasks where you can grow as our New Business Manager (m/f/d):
- New Business: You support identifying new market segments, application fields and growth opportunities for our products in healthcare.
- Regulation & competition: You observe market and competitive dynamics and derive strategic options for action.
- Customer centricity: You conduct customer interviews and co-creation workshops with clinics, care facilities and other partners.
- Initial hypotheses: You translate market and customer feedback into value propositions and go-to-market hypotheses.
- Decision making: You support developing business cases and decision templates for new products or market ideas.
- Implementation: You implement go-to-market strategies for new features, products or market segments.
- Cross collaboration: You work closely with product, marketing and sales to ensure successful market launches.
Requirements
We imagine you as our New Business Manager (m/f/d):
- You have at least 3-5 years of experience in go-to-market strategy or business development, ideally in a scale-up/start-up; preferably related to healthcare and/or AI.
- You bring experience in operational implementation of strategic projects – from pilot projects to successful market launches.
- You enjoy direct customer work and have experience with workshops or co-creation formats (e.g., customer discovery, design thinking).
- You combine a very fast comprehension and strategic thinking with a pragmatic hands-on mentality.
- You communicate clearly, think analytically and work independently.
- You speak German at a native level and fluent English.
