• Identification and development of new product and market opportunities: You lead the identification and management of new product areas and market segments.
• Business case development: You evaluate the economic feasibility of new products and business models – including market, competition, and financial analyses.
• Strategic product development: You define product requirements, risk assessments, value propositions, and pricing strategies in close collaboration with product and tech teams.
• Project management from idea to launch: You take responsibility for the entire process—from idea conception to market launch of new product solutions—applying professional management frameworks. A first focus will be to successfully bring vertical AI products to market.
• Stakeholder management: You work closely with internal and external partners to establish and launch successful product verticals.
• Go-to-market strategy: You develop and implement market entry strategies in collaboration with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.

Requirements

• Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in new business, corporate strategy, or consulting—ideally in healthcare, hospital environment, or the SaaS industry. Proven experience in integrating AI-based technologies into business models.
• Analytical skills: Strong capability in conducting comprehensive market analyses, developing business cases, and assessing new business opportunities in healthcare. Deep understanding of hospital structures, health economics, and the growing role of AI in health innovation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You think entrepreneurially, independently recognize opportunities in the healthcare sector, and drive AI-based innovations focusing on scalable and impactful solutions.
• Project management competence: Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary and responsible teams, agile project management, and MVP introductions.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management with the ability to act confidently on various decision-making levels both internally and externally.
• Language skills: You have at least very good German and English skills in spoken and written form.
