In a short time, Recare has brought together more than 660 acute and rehabilitation clinics as well as over 17,000 other service providers on its digital platform. Renowned hospitals and clinic groups such as Vivantes, Sana Kliniken AG, München Klinik, Medical School Hannover, and University Hospital Essen are among Recare's customers and use the innovative Recare platform.

As one of the leading German HealthTech companies, we are reshaping discharge management - technology-driven, patient-centered, and free of bureaucracy. In addition to our market-leading SaaS platform, we develop AI solutions that radically simplify processes in clinics and with aftercare providers, relieve healthcare professionals, and refocus attention on patients. Today, we connect two-thirds of all German hospitals with over 650 rehabilitation clinics and 25,000 nursing and homecare providers. With currently around 70 employees, we continue to grow - and we are looking for people with commitment who want to improve the healthcare system with us.

Grow with these tasks as our Lead New Business (m/f/d):
- Identification and development of new product and market opportunities: You lead the identification and management of new product areas and market segments.
- Business case development: You evaluate the economic feasibility of new products and business models, including market, competition, and financial analyses.
- Strategic product development: You define product requirements, risk assessments, value propositions, and pricing strategies in close collaboration with product and tech teams.
- Project management from idea to launch: You take responsibility for the entire process - from idea generation to market launch of new product solutions - applying professional management frameworks. An initial focus will be to successfully bring these vertical AI products to market.
- Stakeholder management: You work closely with internal and external partners to establish and launch successful product verticals.
- Go-to-market strategy: You develop and implement market entry strategies in collaboration with sales, customer success, and marketing teams.
Requirements
We envision you as our Lead New Business (m/f/d):
- Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in new business, corporate strategy or consulting - ideally in healthcare, hospital environment or SaaS industry. Proven experience in integrating AI-based technologies into business models.
- Analytical skills: Strong ability to conduct in-depth market analyses, develop business cases, and evaluate new business opportunities in healthcare. Deep understanding of hospital structures, health economics and the growing role of AI in healthcare innovation.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: You think entrepreneurially, independently identify opportunities in the healthcare sector and advance AI-based innovations focusing on scalable and impactful solutions.
- Project management competence: Proven experience in leading interdisciplinary and autonomous teams, agile project management, and launching MVPs.
- Communication skills: Excellent communication skills and confident stakeholder management with the ability to act confidently at various decision-making levels internally and externally.
- Language skills: You have at least very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
