Job description

As a Junior Integrations Manager you will ensure our platform is seamlessly integrated into the workflows of hospitals and aftercare providers. You will own the full lifecycle of technical integration — from pilot projects to long-term stability — and help shape how data flows across the healthcare ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple hospital integrations in parallel from kick-off to go-live, coordinating schedules and SLAs with customers.
  • Work closely with Engineering to test APIs using clear blueprints and checklists and deploy them to production.
  • Monitor integration health in Datadog, analyse issues via logs and traces, and coordinate fixes.
  • Maintain and optimise integration blueprints and documentation to reduce implementation time.
  • Contribute to process and tooling improvements as the platform scales.
  • Work in compliance with GDPR and recognised security best practices.

Requirements

  • Degree in Medical Informatics, Digital Health, Business Informatics or a comparable technical field.
  • At least initial experience in system integration, e.g. through work as a student trainee or relevant coursework.
  • Good understanding of APIs and common data formats.
  • Strong organisational skills and ideally first experience in stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Business-level German (C2) and fluent English (at least C1).

Nice to haves

  • Knowledge of workflows in the German healthcare system.
  • Experience with common healthcare standards such as FHIR, HL7, DICOM.
  • Familiarity with Datadog or similar observability tools.
