Your role as Junior Integrations Manager (m/f/d) SaaS – HealthTech
As a Junior Integrations Manager you will join our Interoperability team and help successfully onboard our platform at hospitals and care providers. Together with experienced colleagues you will learn how complex technical integrations are implemented and how our digital solutions improve everyday care in healthcare.
You will have the opportunity to take on responsibility quickly, develop professionally and create real impact.
- You will accompany hospital integrations from planning to go-live and gradually take on your own subprojects.
- You will work closely with Engineering and Product to test and activate APIs using clear blueprints and checklists.
- You will monitor integrations with observability tools like Datadog and help analyse issues using logs, traces and alerts.
- You will maintain and improve our integration documentation and blueprints to make implementations more efficient.
- You will help optimise processes and tools as our platform scales.
- You will ensure integrations are GDPR-compliant and follow common security best practices.
- You will work closely with experienced colleagues and continuously develop your technical skills.

Requirements
We imagine you as our Junior Integrations Manager (m/f/d) SaaS – HealthTech:
- You hold a degree in Medical Informatics, Digital Health, Business Informatics or a comparable technical field.
- You have initial practical experience in a technical environment, e.g., working student jobs, internships or study projects.
- You have a basic understanding of web APIs (e.g., REST) and common data formats (e.g., JSON) and ideally first hands-on experience in testing, configuration or troubleshooting.
- You work in a structured way and are interested in technical systems and processes.
- You communicate clearly and enjoy working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You have excellent German skills (C2) and fluent English (C1).
Nice-to-haves:
- Understanding of processes in the German healthcare system.
- Knowledge of common healthcare standards such as FHIR, HL7, DICOM.
- Familiarity with Datadog or similar observability tools.
