Job Description
About the position:
Recare connects hospitals, aftercare providers, and payers with innovative digital solutions to make healthcare transition processes more efficient, faster, and more patient-centered. Close communication between hospitals and aftercare providers on our marketplace and mutual understanding of the involved parties' needs in discharge management are crucial. You will intensify and optimize contact between hospitals and aftercare providers.

Recare is the technology partner for optimal discharge management. The SaaS platform enables simple and efficient patient discharge and transition processes. The company, founded in 2017 and based in Berlin, expanded its digital marketplace by acquiring Pflegeplatzmanager GmbH in summer 2023 and now includes 820 acute hospitals, 650 rehab clinics, and 24,000 more providers in care and homecare sectors.

Responsibilities as Junior Customer Success Manager:
- Maintain close contact with hospital customers as the first point of contact, regularly capturing their perspectives, pain points, and needs, and inform the sales team about upselling opportunities.
- Ensure the exchange of all relevant information and requirements between hospitals and aftercare providers, supporting optimal platform usage on both sides together with Aftercare Customer Success Management.
- Monitor platform usage frequency, speed, and efficiency by customers, collect continuous feedback, and forward it to product management for improvements.
Requirements
We envision you as our Junior Customer Success Manager:
- Strong communication skills to explain complex issues understandably and a keen sense of customers' needs and perspectives.
- Enjoy conducting prequalification calls, confidently communicating with hospital decision-makers, and exciting them about upselling possibilities.
- Customer-oriented with interest and curiosity for digitization and change management in eHealth.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining priorities.
- Very good German skills and at least good English skills.
