As a Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Hospital, you will be the first contact for our hospital clients, maintaining close communication, regularly capturing their perspectives, pain points, and needs. You will identify upselling opportunities early and relay them to our sales team. Together with the Customer Success Management on the aftercare provider side, you will ensure transparent exchange of relevant information and requirements and optimal use of our platform on both sides. You will monitor platform usage frequency, speed, and efficiency, collect continuous feedback from customers, and structurally pass it on to product management to actively contribute to the platform development.
Requirements
We envision you as our Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Hospital if you have strong communication skills, can clearly and understandably convey complex content, and have a good sense of customers' needs. You enjoy leading pre-qualification calls, communicate confidently with decision-makers in hospitals, and inspire them with new possibilities. Customer orientation is your top priority, and you have genuine interest in digitalization and change management in eHealth. You keep an overview even with multiple parallel tasks, set priorities confidently, and work structured. Very good German skills and at least good English skills complete your profile.
