Your role as Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Hospital and your growth opportunities:
- You are the first point of contact for our hospital customers, maintaining close communication and regularly capturing their perspectives, pain points, and needs.
- You recognize upselling potentials early and pass them on to our sales team.
- Together with the Customer Success Management on the post-acute providers' side, you ensure transparent information and requirements exchange and optimal platform use on both sides.
- You monitor usage frequency, speed, and platform efficiency, continuously collect customer feedback, and structurally forward it to product management to actively shape further development.
Requirements
Our expectations for you as Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Hospital:
- You possess strong communication skills, can convey complex content clearly and understandably, and have a good sense of your customers' needs.
- You enjoy conducting pre-qualification calls, confidently communicate with decision-makers in hospitals, and inspire them with new possibilities.
- Customer orientation is your top priority, and you have a genuine interest in digitalization and change management in eHealth.
- You keep track of multiple concurrent tasks, prioritize confidently, and work in a structured manner.
- Excellent German skills and at least good English skills complete your profile.
