About the Position
Recare connects hospitals, medical aftercare providers, and payers with innovative digital solutions to enhance efficiency, speed, and patient-centeredness in healthcare transition processes. Fast and efficient communication between hospitals and aftercare providers on our marketplace, as well as mutual understanding of the needs of involved parties in discharge management, are crucial. Your task is to intensify aftercare providers' use of our platform and thus accelerate the hospital discharge process.

Growth Opportunities as a Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d):
- Conduct telephone onboarding of aftercare providers and help them use the platform optimally.
- Reactivate registered aftercare providers currently inactive on our platform through targeted telephone support of medical staff.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers on the hospital side to foster exchange between hospitals and aftercare providers, increase platform usage and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular meetings with hospital-side CSMs and coordinate re-engagement regions.
- Identify improvement potentials in the use of our digital solution and provide suggestions for development.
- Identify needs in care chains for upselling opportunities and inform the sales team.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills to explain complex matters clearly and a keen sense for customer needs and perspectives.
- Enjoy phone conversations with customers, confident communication with medical staff of aftercare providers and decision-makers, and enthusiasm for upselling opportunities.
- Customer-oriented work approach with interest and curiosity for digitalization and change management in eHealth.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects while maintaining priorities.
- Very good German skills and at least good English skills.
