Your role as Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Hospital:

In this role you can act and grow as Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Hospital with us:
- You are the first point of contact for our hospital customers, maintain close communication, and regularly gather their perspectives, pain points, and needs.
- You identify upselling potentials early and forward them to our sales team.
- Together with the Customer Success Management on the aftercare provider side, you ensure all relevant information and requirements are exchanged transparently and platform usage is optimally supported on both sides.
- You monitor the frequency, speed, and efficiency of platform use, continuously collect feedback from our customers, and structure it for product management to actively shape further development.
Requirements
This is how we envision you as our Junior Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Hospital:
- You have pronounced communication skills, can convey complex content clearly and understandably, and have a good sense of your customers' needs.
- You like to conduct pre-qualification telephone interviews, confidently communicate with decision-makers in hospitals, and inspire them about new opportunities.
- Customer orientation is your top priority, and you have a genuine interest in digitalization and change management in the eHealth sector.
- You keep an overview even with multiple parallel tasks, set priorities confidently, and work in a structured way.
- Very good German skills and at least good English skills complement your profile.
