About the position
We are looking for a strategic, data-driven, and hands-on Head of Sales (m/f/d) with solid B2B SaaS expertise – ideally in healthcare or regulated markets. You will lead and scale our sales team, drive revenue across all customer segments, and collaborate closely with other teams. You bring a deep understanding of the German healthcare system and experience in C-level negotiations.
You develop differentiated strategies for major clients (e.g., hospital networks) as well as for medium-sized and smaller post-acute care providers.

What to expect as our Head of Sales (m/f/d)
- Full revenue responsibility across all market segments
- Definition, setup, and optimization of internal sales processes and enablement structures (playbooks, training, tools)
- Leadership, coaching, and scaling of a high-performance sales team (5 FTE → 8–10 FTE)
- Development and implementation of new customer acquisition, upselling, and renewals strategies
- Co-creation of pitches, sales materials, and commercial strategies
- Building a data-driven sales culture with clear KPIs
- Forecasting, CRM hygiene, pipeline, and performance reporting
- Representation of sales in the leadership team and active participation in corporate strategy
- Contract negotiations at the C-level
- Close collaboration with Product, Marketing, Customer Success
- Active contribution in complex or high-volume strategic deals
Your responsibilities as our Head of Sales (m/f/d)
- Strategic sales planning and implementation
- Team leadership, hiring, and development
- Revenue forecasting and pipeline management
- Key account management and strategic partnerships
- Sales operations and tooling
- Coordination with marketing and product
- Representation at industry events, conferences, and trade fairs
- Responsible for achieving sales targets and budget planning of the sales department
- Control of CAC, deal profitability, ROI per segment, CLV, etc.

You report directly to management (Max Greschke) and are part of the extended leadership team. You lead the sales team (account executives and key account managers) and work closely with marketing, product, and customer success.

Requirements
How we imagine you as our Head of Sales (m/f/d)
- 5–10+ years of B2B sales (SaaS or enterprise tech), including at least 3 years in team leadership
- Proven success in building and scaling sales teams
- Successful acquisition of new enterprise customers and expansion of existing customers
- Experience in or with the German healthcare system (hospitals, rehab, care)
- Experience in negotiations and stakeholder management at the C-level
- Confident use of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive)
- Familiarity with tenders and award procedures in the healthcare context
- Fluent German, business English
Nice-to-have technical skills
- Network in the German healthcare market (e.g., clinic management, IT management)
- Experience with public clients or regulated markets
- Knowledge in value-based selling, MEDDIC, or similar methods
- Experience in international markets
