- You are responsible for building, developing, and scaling our HR structures and processes, both strategically and operationally.
- You are the central contact person for all HR-related topics and work closely with the leadership team and team leads.
- You shape our people strategy – from performance management to organizational development and employer branding – ensuring effective implementation.
- You actively support filling open roles and develop a structured, efficient, and appreciative candidate journey with the recruiting team.
- You ensure smooth HR administration (e.g., contracts, payroll, compliance) and professional use of tools like Personio.
- You develop concepts on office strategy, travel policies, or remote culture and are ready to step in wherever needed.
- You analyze key HR metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, hiring KPIs) and use them as a basis for decisions to further develop.
- You accompany cultural topics, feedback formats, and change processes – always aiming to continuously improve our working environment.
Requirements
- You have 7-10 years of experience in HR, ideally including several years in a leadership role, preferably in dynamic environments like startups, scale-ups, tech, or healthcare companies.
- You see yourself as an HR generalist with overview, structure, and the necessary pragmatism to get things done operationally.
- You have solid experience in recruiting, personnel development, organizational building, change management, HR administration, and confidently work with KPIs.
- Ideally, you have experience in remote-first, high-growth companies – preferably with headcount scaling and process optimization across multiple countries.
- You have a good understanding of compliance and know efficient HR processes not only in implementation but also in conceptual development.
- You think strategically, act solution-oriented, and enjoy evolving HR together with the company.
- You have already led at least 4-6 people – preferably more – and feel confident to lead and develop a growing team.
- You communicate clearly, on eye level, and have a good sense for diverse personalities and situations.
- You bring a technology-affine mindset, are hands-on, reliable, and work independently.
- You are motivated to contribute long-term and grow with Recare.
