GTM Engineer (AI-first) (m/w/d)
We are looking for a GTM Engineer to join Recare's Growth team. The role is focused on enabling our go-to-market operations for AI-first products that help hospitals and care teams reduce bureaucracy and improve patient care. This is a remote-first position.

Recare builds AI that gives healthcare professionals their time back. Our mission is to simplify clinical workflows and improve patient outcomes by combining human expertise and AI. We operate remote-first with a central office in Berlin and a strong emphasis on ownership, clarity, and trust.
What you will do
- Work closely with Growth, Product and Engineering to design and implement technical GTM solutions for AI features.
- Develop and maintain integrations, enablement tools, and analytics that help sales and customer teams scale.
- Create reliable processes and documentation to support product launches and customer onboarding.
- Collaborate on data-driven experiments to measure activation, adoption and conversion across channels.
- Ensure compliance and privacy best practices when handling healthcare-related data in GTM workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience in a GTM engineering, enablement, or technical operations role supporting growth or sales teams.
- Comfort working with product and engineering teams in an AI-first environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work remotely in a distributed team.
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.
