Recare builds AI that gives healthcare professionals their time back. As a Forward Deployed (AI) Consultant you will work at the intersection of clinical operations and product development to roll out Recare’s AI solutions in hospitals and care facilities. This is a remote-first role within the Customer Success organization focused on delivering measurable impact for clinical teams and patients.

Responsibilities
- Lead on-site or remote implementations of Recare AI products with hospital teams and clinical stakeholders.
- Translate clinical needs into technical and product requirements and feed them back to Product & Engineering.
- Configure, test and validate integrations and workflows to ensure safe and reliable deployment in clinical environments.
- Train and support end users, create documentation, and drive adoption to achieve defined outcome metrics.
- Act as the frontline voice of customers, escalating and resolving issues and conveying user feedback to internal teams.
Qualifications
- Experience working with healthcare providers, clinical workflows, or healthcare IT implementations (e.g., hospitals, care facilities).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with clinicians, product teams, and engineers.
- Technical understanding of integrations, data flows, or ML/AI product behavior (prior hands-on or technical consulting experience preferred).
- Self-directed, outcome-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote-first environment with significant ownership.
