What to expect in this role
As our Event & Brand Experience Manager you will plan, organise and execute trade shows, conferences, webinars and company events. You will ensure a consistent Recare brand presence across all events and communication channels and work closely with Marketing, Product and Sales to align events with company goals. You will be travel-ready for up to 20% travel.
- Plan, organise and execute trade shows including booth design, registration and coordination of marketing and promotional materials.
- Manage Recare presence at conferences, keynotes and panel discussions, including negotiations with organisers, sponsors and partners.
- Organise and run Recare-owned events such as customer events, workshops and internal company events.
- Plan and coordinate webinars (internal formats and with external partners).
- Own end-to-end event execution from concept and detailed planning to on-site delivery.
- Ensure a consistent Recare brand experience across events and channels.
- Manage budgets, timelines and external vendors to deliver high-quality, efficient and on-time events.
- Prepare timely reports of relevant KPIs to make event success measurable and support data-driven decisions.
- Be travel-ready and accept travel up to 20% as required.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, ideally with trade shows, conferences, webinars and B2B environments.
- Proven experience in independently planning and executing events from strategy to delivery.
- Excellent organisational skills, strategic thinking, pragmatism and a hands-on mentality.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including working with executives and external partners.
- Creative and brand-aware — able to translate brand strategies into tangible event formats.
- Resilient and adaptable in fast-paced environments.
- Entrepreneurial and customer-centric mindset understanding how events drive brand and business goals.
- Responsible for the full event lifecycle from conception to measurable outcomes.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Ideally experience in healthcare and international or cross-market settings with a global mindset.
