Your role as Customer Success Manager (Hospital Onboarding):
- You independently manage the onboarding of our hospital customers on the platform — from kick-off to successful go-live.
- You coordinate appointments, milestones and dependencies, monitor project progress and clearly communicate status, risks and next steps to stakeholders.
- In close collaboration with Sales, Product and Customer Success you ensure that all requirements are met and go-lives are implemented smoothly.
- You maintain project tracking, reports and documentation and actively propose improvements to continuously optimize our onboarding processes.
Requirements
Ideal profile for our Customer Success Manager (Hospital Onboarding):
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Success Management, technical project management or implementation projects in a SaaS or comparable environment.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stage customer projects and working confidently with processes, timelines and tools (CRM, project or ticketing tools).
- Structured, solution-oriented and responsible for your workstreams even in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Clear and professional communication with internal teams and external stakeholders; comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Business-level German (at least C1) and fluent English (at least B2).
Nice-to-have:
- Experience in the healthcare, eHealth or health-tech environment.
- Experience introducing AI-based products or features as part of customer onboardings.
