In this role you can contribute and grow as a Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Hospital:
  • You will independently manage a regional hospital portfolio and build sustainable, strategic customer relationships.
  • You will plan, prepare and conduct regular jour fixes and business reviews with hospital customers to continuously increase platform usage.
  • Through usage analyses and customer feedback you will derive concrete measures to improve customer satisfaction and implement them together with internal teams.
  • You will independently identify upselling and cross-selling potentials, qualify them and work closely with Sales to unlock new revenue opportunities.
  • In close cooperation with Customer Success Management Launch and the post-acute care team you ensure the customer journey is transparent and consistent across all stakeholders.

Requirements

How we imagine you as our Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) Hospital
  • 2–3 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Account Management or a comparable role—ideally in a B2B SaaS environment or in healthcare.
  • Proven experience managing customer accounts and translating their needs into concrete recommendations for action.
  • Strong communication skills: you convey complex content clearly, confidently and empathetically—both on the phone and in meetings with hospital decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with upselling and cross-selling: you proactively identify potentials and can professionally qualify them.
  • Structured working style, ability to keep an overview and set priorities across parallel projects.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting tools.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
