Job description

• You autonomously manage and coordinate tenders (public procurement procedures, KHZG, hospital and care tenders and topics relevant to KHVVG).
• You prepare, review and submit bid documents in close cooperation with Sales, Legal, Finance and Product teams.
• You maintain and optimise the internal bid library (standard texts, certificates, evidence, references).
• You analyse tender documents and derive well-founded bid / no-bid recommendations.
• You manage the timing and content of the entire proposal process — including deadline management and quality assurance.
• You coordinate complex tenders with partners and subcontractors and align responsibilities, schedules as well as technical and commercial content.
• You track submitted tenders, analyse feedback and continuously improve proposal quality.
• You optimise the tender process using AI-supported tools to sustainably increase efficiency, quality and competitiveness.

Requirements

• A completed degree in business, health management, law or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional experience in tender / bid management, ideally in healthcare or in a SaaS / HealthTech environment.
• A solid understanding of public procurement procedures, in particular VOL/A (or UVgO), VgV, KHZG and procurement law.
• Experience handling complex stakeholder structures and confident management of deadlines, formalities and compliance requirements.
• High writing competence and the ability to prepare complex content precisely, structured and convincingly.
• Proficiency with CRM, document and collaboration tools (e.g. Salesforce, Notion, Jira, GSuite).
• Structured, solution-oriented and proactive working style — remaining calm under tight deadlines.
• Very good German skills (C2) and fluent English skills.
