AI/ML Engineer

As an AI/ML Engineer you will help design, implement and deploy machine learning systems that improve care workflows and patient outcomes. This role is remote-first and collaborates closely with product, design and engineering teams to turn ideas into reliable, production-ready features.

Responsibilities

  • Research, prototype and productionize machine learning models for clinical and operational use cases.
  • Design and build scalable data pipelines and ML infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into product features and monitor performance in production.
  • Ensure model reliability, privacy, and compliance with healthcare requirements.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with machine learning (deep learning, NLP) and model deployment.
  • Proficiency with Python, ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow) and cloud or container platforms.
  • Practical experience building data pipelines and ML infrastructure.
  • Interest in healthcare impact, product-oriented mindset and strong collaboration skills.
