As a (Senior) Venture Development Manager you are the driving force behind the further development of our content and data-driven product approaches and the conception of new digital models that complement our product portfolio. Every day we support several hundred seeking families who care for their loved ones. Especially in the care sector, many processes are still analog and slow today, which is why we continuously expand our product offerings - for care recipients, for seeking families, for health and care insurance companies, for caregivers and more.
Your Tasks
- Analysis of market and competitive data (national & international) to identify new opportunities
- Identification, validation and implementation of new business ideas and digital prototypes (websites, interfaces, MVPs)
- Development and validation of pragmatic and innovative solutions using the latest technologies (e.g. GenAI, automation, low-code tools)
- Building strategic partnerships and knowledge transfer inside and outside the organization
- Definition and monitoring of KPIs for success measurement
- Direct collaboration with marketing, product, BI and operations to implement initiatives
- Further development and implementation of our AI strategy
Your Profile
- Completed studies in business, technology, entrepreneurship or comparable disciplines
- At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a management consultancy, a startup, digital ventures, tech scale-ups, innovation units or digital product teams
- Extensive understanding of digital business models, growth strategies and data-driven decision-making processes - ideally with experience in the use of AI and automation technologies
- You learn quickly and enjoy constantly exploring new business models, technologies and markets
- Experience working in interdisciplinary teams and independently managing projects
- Very good German and English skills in spoken and written form
