Senior Performance Marketing Manager for Search & Social

Job Responsibilities
As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will take responsibility for our paid media strategy focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Your goal: increase reach, promote course starts, and sustainably optimize conversions through data-driven decisions, structured testing, and creative ideas. You will work closely with BI, Content, Design, Operations, and Management.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for search and social channels focusing on Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Independently manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
- Continuous performance analysis and data-driven optimization measures (e.g., ROAS, CAC, conversion rates, LTV)
- Proactively identify new growth levers and test innovative campaign formats, creatives, and audience strategies
- Close collaboration with BI for KPI definition and success measurement
- Budget planning and control for all paid channels, including forecasting and efficient fund allocation
- Management of external agencies
- Regular reporting for management and relevant stakeholders
Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in performance marketing - demonstrable hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Solid knowledge of at least one other paid platform (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads)
- Experience in developing performance strategies as well as campaign optimization and A/B testing
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with confident use of tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Qlik
- Independent, structured working style and ability to communicate complex issues understandably
- Agency background or experience managing agencies is an advantage
- Experience in e-commerce, education, or healthcare environment is a plus
- Used to working independently remotely
