Deine Aufgaben

• Develop, expand, and maintain BI and analytics solutions for marketing, product, and management
• Build, automate, and optimize dashboards and reports in Qlik
• Data modeling, cleansing, and integration from various sources (e.g., CRM, web analytics, platform data)
• Conduct deep analyses and derive clear recommendations – including storytelling for non-technical stakeholders
• Define, measure, and track KPIs in all company areas
• Work closely with marketing, product management, and management on strategic decisions based on data-driven insights

Dein Profil

• Completed studies in business informatics, data science, statistics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years (at least 3 years) of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field – preferably with data engineering components
• Solid experience with Qlik Sense
• In-depth knowledge of data modeling and ETL processes
• Confident handling of SQL and ideally experience with other analysis tools
• Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and ability to present complex contexts understandably
• Enjoy storytelling with data and translating insights into concrete business actions
• Experience in online or service environment for end customers is an advantage
• Ability to advise at C-level and support strategic decisions
