Care is not a hype but an important phase of life. We have been successfully taking care of this with a small heterogeneous team for several years. Due to strong growth, we continuously need support and are expanding the team.
We believe that, given the fact that fewer young people are responsible for the well-being of more older people, every individual in society should be empowered to create optimal care situations for themselves and their dependent relatives. To do this, inquirers need comprehensive information to organize care as best as possible. Therefore, we believe that offers must be easily understandable, barrier-free, transparent, and tailored to individual needs and care situations.

Therefore, we have built this advisory portal over the years and want to use the high demand for further growth. Many ideas are developed, validated, and waiting to go live. We need you for this! Prerequisites for cooperation are drive and the desire to make a difference. The motto is 'there is no such thing as can't.'

Care Consultant for Digital §37.3 Consultation Services (m/f/d) / remote
Do you want to be part of our team and bring your care expertise into the digital world? Then you are exactly right with us!
We are looking for a committed care professional in the Hamburg area who conducts digital §37.3 consultation services. In this position, you support care-dependent persons and their relatives via video consultation – from home.
What to expect:
- Home office: 35 hours per week (also possible in 50% part-time)
- Flexible working hours in coordination with the team
- Regular presence events and daily exchanges
- Modern technology to work digitally at best
- ..and of course an open-minded and great team!
What you bring:
- Confirmation of special consulting competence,
- A completed nursing training,
- Professional experience in the learned nursing profession of at least 2 years, of which at least 12 months in outpatient care, within the last 8 years,
- You live in the Hamburg area and are enthusiastic about digital consulting,
- Empathy and strong communication skills are your strengths,
- You work independently and structured, but also enjoy teamwork,
- You have experience in counseling care recipients and their families,
- You want to engage with counseling concepts.
