About Ours Privacy:
Ours Privacy is building the future of marketing infrastructure for healthcare.
Our full-stack privacy solution is built specifically for healthcare marketers navigating today’s complex regulatory environment. We offer both a healthcare-focused customer data platform (CDP) and consent management platform (CMP) in one integrated solution, empowering healthcare organizations to track, analyze and optimize their campaigns while remaining compliant with HIPAA and state privacy laws.
The BAA-backed platform sits between digital properties and every tag, pixel, or API, letting you decide exactly which fields stay in-house and which de-identified signals reach Google Ads, Meta, StackAdapt, GA4, etc. With Ours Privacy, you have full control over any user or event attribute, auto-respect consent banners, and still deliver the conversion feedback ad platforms need to optimize.
This approach is widely used across the industry and explicitly mentioned in the HHS’ latest guidance on tracking pixels: “The regulated entity can choose to establish a BAA with…a CDP vendor, that will de-identify online tracking information that includes PHI and then…disclose only de-identified information to [e.g., Meta, Google].”
Ours Privacy is trusted by many of the largest digital health companies, health systems, and medical brands across the country. We are one of the fastest growing SaaS companies in the country and as demand accelerates, we are expanding our team, product and reach as we become the standard for privacy-safe marketing in healthcare.
About the role:
This is not an average AE role. We are growing extraordinarily quickly and have an extremely relationship-oriented and consultative approach to sales. Every day will be different and you’ll be expected to drive your own pipeline growth.
You’ll have the opportunity to grow an industry-leading platform as well as shape, operationalize, and define the sales motion for a product with high win rates.
You’ll be responsible for building and managing a healthy pipeline, running a high-velocity sales process, and closing new business with healthcare organizations. This includes sourcing your own opportunities through outbound efforts and working inbound leads through discovery, demo, and negotiation.
You’ll collaborate closely with our founders, engineering and implementation teams to tailor pitches, unblock prospects and deliver a seamless buyer experience.
What you’ll do:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close
- Source and develop pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events and inbound leads
- Lead discovery calls to deeply understand prospect needs, pain points, and compliance requirements
- Deliver tailored demos and presentations to marketing, legal and technical stakeholders
- Navigate multi-threaded deals, including legal and security reviews
- Keep deals on track through clear next steps and regular follow-up
- Collaborate with solutions engineering to support evaluations and proofs of concept
- Share customer insights, pain points, and feature requests with the product team to inform roadmap and improve the buyer experience
- Maintain accurate records, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM
- Represent Ours Privacy at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads
The ideal candidate is/has:
- 3–7+ years as an AE closing 5–6 figure deals, ideally selling to marketing or compliance stakeholders; you’re motivated by winning and finding the right solution to fit a customer’s pain point
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota; you are consistently a top performer
- Experience in healthcare, performance marketing, or ad tech; you’re a fast learner and love becoming an expert in what you sell
- Self-starter with experience sourcing and managing your own pipeline through outbound, referrals, events, and proactive prospecting; you make things happen and don’t wait for leads
- Comfortable leading sales cycles that vary in length, from quick-turn closes to multi-month enterprise deals; you adapt based on the buyer and complexity
- Highly organized and process-driven; you’re always looking for ways to improve how you work
- A strong relationship builder with a top-notch reputation; people frequently comment on how ‘non-salesy’ you are
- A clear, confident communicator and storyteller who can simplify complex topics and build trust across stakeholders
- Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments; you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves
- Collaborative and coachable, with a desire to improve and grow quickly
- Open to 2–3 day travel stints for offsites and conferences every 1–3 months
- Bonus: Experience in healthcare, martech, or privacy/legal tech with strong relationships at health systems or large provider platforms
- Bonus: Familiarity with multi-threaded sales cycles and navigating legal/security reviews
Why you’ll love working with Ours Privacy:
- We’re at the forefront of privacy-focused marketing and offer a unique, fast-paced opportunity to shape the future of the industry
- We are a growing, remote-first team that values flexibility, output, and impact
- You’ll have the opportunity to work with an innovative product in a rapidly expanding space
