About the role:

This is a non-typical Account Executive role requiring a consultative and relationship-driven sales approach. The role involves driving own pipeline growth and shaping the sales process for a high-win-rate product.
The AE will manage the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, working with healthcare organizations, and collaborating with founders and teams to tailor pitches and unblock prospects.

What you’ll do:

  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle from outreach to close.
  • Source and develop pipeline through outbound prospecting, referrals, events, and inbound leads.
  • Lead discovery calls to understand prospect needs and compliance requirements deeply.
  • Deliver tailored demos and presentations to various stakeholders.
  • Navigate multi-threaded deals including legal and security reviews.
  • Maintain deal progress with clear next steps and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with solutions engineering on evaluations and proofs of concept.
  • Share customer insights with the product team to aid product roadmap and buyer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records, forecast, and activity tracking in CRM.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate leads.

The ideal candidate is/has:

  • 3–7+ years as an AE closing 5–6 figure deals, ideally with marketing or compliance stakeholders; motivated by winning and fitting customer needs.
  • Proven quota achievement and consistent top performance.
  • Healthcare, performance marketing, or ad tech experience; quick learner and expert in product.
  • Self-starter sourcing and managing pipeline independently.
  • Comfortable with variable sales cycle lengths, from quick closes to complex enterprise deals.
  • Highly organized and process-driven seeking work improvement.
  • Strong relationship builder with a non-salesy reputation.
  • Clear communicator and storyteller simplifying complex topics to build trust.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environments and willing to roll up sleeves.
  • Collaborative, coachable, and motivated to improve quickly.
  • Open to 2–3 day travel for offsites and conferences every 1–3 months.
  • Bonus: Healthcare, martech, or privacy/legal tech experience with strong health system relationships.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with multi-threaded sales cycles and legal/security review navigation.
