Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Commercial Channels serves as the operational and growth engine for Oura’s expanding commercial ecosystem spanning Payments, Rewards, Employee Wellness and Brand partnerships. This role leads day-to-day partner management, builds new commercial programs with payment networks and lifestyle brands, and ensures profitability and scalability of initiatives.
What you'll do:
- Autonomously lead partner accounts to achieve forecasted revenue and a mutual win-win.
- Source and qualify new strategic partnership opportunities across loyalty, rewards, brand and membership programs to enhance value for Oura members.
- Negotiate and close complex commercial agreements that unlock revenue, distribution, and strategic advantage.
- Lead strategic expansion across marquee, high-ROI partnerships (for example Lululemon, American Express).
- Lead and mentor the partnerships squad as headcount grows.
Qualifications
- 7–10 years’ experience in commercial partnerships, business development, or strategic growth roles within consumer tech, payments, or wellness sectors.
- Strong grasp of P&L and commercial economics; able to bring creativity and financial discipline to deal structures.
- Proven track record structuring and scaling high-impact partnerships with brands, financial institutions, or loyalty networks.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Data-driven decision-maker comfortable modeling revenue impact and making trade-offs to optimize channel performance.
Logistics & culture
Location: Remote (ET preferred). Periodic travel (~20%) to key partners and company off-sites. Oura has offices in San Francisco, San Diego and Los Angeles for employees who prefer hybrid or office settings.

Compensation ranges
Oura takes a market-based approach to pay and provides region-based ranges for US locations. Representative ranges listed on the job post:
- Region 1: $126,000 - $157,000
- Region 2: $115,000 - $144,000
- Region 3: $108,000 - $135,000
