Senior Integration Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join the Integrations & Automations team. In this senior individual contributor role you will partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into reliable, scalable integrations and automations using the iPaaS platform Workato.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Integration Engineer you will:
- Drive the design, development, and implementation of integration and automation solutions using Workato, connecting ERP, CRM, HRIS, and other cloud-based systems.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into well-scoped technical solutions.
- Collaborate with and help coordinate work delivered by external development partners while building and maintaining key in-house integrations.
- Maintain and enhance existing integration workflows to ensure data integrity, security, scalability, and performance.
- Manage integration work in Jira and create and maintain clear technical and project documentation in Confluence.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to business analysts and engineers, promoting platform best practices.
- Stay current on integration technologies and best practices and ensure compliance with data security and privacy guidelines.
Qualifications
We would love to consider you if you have:
- 6-10 years professional experience focused on engineering, automation, APIs, and cloud solutions.
- 3+ years of experience with the Workato platform, including building complex workflows and automations.
- Expertise in system integrations (iPaaS, APIs, or direct point-to-point) with emphasis on API-driven business process automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent on-the-job experience.
- Attention to detail, strong problem solving abilities, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, take initiative, and work independently across global operation time zones.
Nice to have: Workato certifications (I, II, III), previous solution architecture experience, and familiarity with AWS services like Lambda, API Gateway, and S3.
Location, Compensation & Other Details
This is a remote US role with a slight preference for candidates based in New York, Boston, or other Eastern time zone locations. Oura does not consider candidates residing in AK, DE, IA, MS, MO, NE, SD, VT, WV, or WI.
Oura takes a market-based approach to pay. US salary ranges listed:
- Region 1: $162,000 - $203,000
- Region 2: $150,000 - $187,000
- Region 3: $139,000 - $174,000
