In this dynamic role, you will serve as a Strategic Business Partner to our Product Leadership organization. Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will act as a vital pillar within the Global Administration Team while driving operations in the Product Organization to ensure Oura's vision is executed.
What You Will Do
This role is a high-level operator position supporting the Chief Product Officer (CPO), Head of Science, and the Product Org. It requires global coordination, strong operational judgment, and project leadership.
- Dual-Org Integration: Bridge the needs of Global Administration and the Product organization to ensure operational alignment.
- Executive Partnership: Provide comprehensive strategic support to the Product Org, CPO, and Head of Science.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and resolve process friction points before they escalate to the executive level.
- Global Coordination: Manage synchronization across time zones and drive meeting agendas to produce actionable outcomes.
- Program & Project Management: Lead high-impact ad-hoc projects, plan and execute global leadership off-sites and large initiatives.
- Logistics & Intelligence: Architect domestic and international travel itineraries and handle sensitive, confidential data with discretion.
- Process Optimization: Partner with the Chief of Staff to audit and improve administrative policies to scale with a fast-growing organization.
Who You Are
- Seasoned Partner: 8+ years supporting C-suite or high-level Product/Tech leaders, offering strategic support and perspective.
- High Emotional Intelligence: Able to read the room, build deep relationships, and act as a culture carrier for the Product team.
- Agile & Decisive: Thrive in fast-paced environments and make sound decisions under pressure with little oversight.
- Data & Tech Driven: Process-oriented, tech-savvy, with a design eye for polished presentations and a data mindset for high standards.
- Globally Minded: Comfortable with international business nuances and travel required for cross-office alignment.

ŌURA takes a market-based approach to pay. US locations are categorized into tiers. Region 1 (NY metropolitan) $131,000 - $150,000. Region 2 (Boston) $118,000 - $135,000. Final offers vary based on skills, experience, location, internal equity, and market conditions.
