Job Description
As a working student (Werkstudent) in Customer Success Management, you will actively support our Customer Success Team in various areas:
- Active support in caring for our customers/patients
- Responding to customer inquiries via email in our ticket system, occasional phone communication to support customers in scheduling doctor visits
- Assisting in analyzing and optimizing customer processes and experiences to continuously improve customer satisfaction
- Participating in implementing feedback surveys and analyses to enhance our service
- Insights and support in the strategic expansion of our partnership network
Candidate Profile
You are a good fit for this job if:
- You are a enrolled student in Business Administration, Communication, Education, Languages, or a related field
- You have excellent German and French language skills
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy customer contact
- You work independently and can quickly learn new topics
- You are interested in digital media and telemedicine services
