Your diverse tasks
As a Sales Manager at Ocumeda, you play a crucial role in acquiring and developing our business relationships. You understand how to address the needs of our partner opticians and develop tailored solutions that drive their success as well as ours. Your experience, implementation strength, and communication skills are key to establishing our service with a variety of partner opticians and our end customers.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Developing and implementing individual strategies for new customer acquisition (partner opticians) and ensuring high customer satisfaction with long-term retention
- Identifying and acquiring potential key customers as well as maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Negotiating and concluding contracts in close cooperation with internal and external stakeholders
- Regularly analyzing customer needs and the market
- Close cross-departmental collaboration with our teams in Customer Success, Product, Marketing
You fit well to this job if
- You have experience in the fields of optometry, medical technology, healthcare, etc., preferably with training or a degree (in the field of optometry/optometry, health sciences, business administration, or a related field)
- Some professional experience in account management, sales management
- Proven success in customer acquisition, care, and business development - for example, in your activities for a contact lens company, a glasses manufacturer or a device manufacturer
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand complex customer requirements and implement them in solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German, English is a plus
- High degree of self-organization, initiative, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to travel (approx. 40%)
