As Sales Lead DACH (m/w/d) you are the driving force behind our sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. You lead our field sales, ensure the implementation of our growth strategy and ensure that Ocumeda continuously expands in the DACH region. You are responsible for the operational management of the sales team, the achievement of sales targets and the further development of regional sales processes.

Your tasks include among others:

• Operational sales management: You lead the DACH sales team consisting of 6 sales managers, coordinate their activities, ensure target achievement and continuously develop the team.
• Sales responsibility: You are responsible for achieving regional sales targets, forecasting, pipeline management and reporting to management.
• Sales strategy for DACH: You translate the corporate strategy into concrete measures for your team, define regional sales plans and optimize processes.
• Coaching & Motivation: You coach, motivate and promote your team members, build up talents and ensure a high-performance sales culture.
• Events & Representation: You represent Ocumeda at key industry events and trade fairs.
• Market and competitor observation: You analyze regional market trends, identify opportunities and derive measures to increase sales.
